This allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No Call / No Shows Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day. Cancellation fees may still apply. After-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours are considered after-hours appointments and will include a $45 squeeze-in fee in addition to the service total. Adjustments Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment so we can discuss a possible adjustment.
